I must write you this note to ensure you are fully aware of my families absolute satisfaction with the service received from you and your staff during our vehicle purchase. To have your staff come over on a Saturday evening to show my family the camry and again on Sunday evening with the Honda is something no other dealer was prepared to do. As we work very odd shift hours that the little step further you took, thank you.

Not only do I love my car but your honesty in getting me the right car at the right price that suited me was something else as everywhere else I went they were more into pressurising me into something they wanted me to get instead of looking out for my needs.

Dear Mark,
I just wanted to say many many many thanks for your help in getting me the car I wanted.
As I have always been used to buying brand new cars this was my first time in dealing with used cars and you made every effort in helping me relax about buying a second hand car. I can’t thank you enough for making this first time experience less daunting for me and I have to say you definitely give a different name to the used car dealers out there.
